I first ask:

The AI might suggest adding:
- Target audience (e.g., digital nomads, retirees, investors)
- Unique features (e.g., sea views, smart home tech, rooftop pool)
- Tone (e.g., elegant, playful, urgent)
Then, I take that improved prompt and run it—and the results are almost always sharper, more relevant, and more creative.
